Central Plaza was developed by the Sino Group and Sun Hung Kai Properties. Taking 44 months from land acquisition to completion, the 78-storey skyscraper held Hong Kong's tallest title at 374 m until Two IFC was completed.
The spacious sky lobby on the 46th floor offers plenty of windows on all sides of the building, commanding skyline, harbour, and city views. Access to the elevators is not restricted to tenants although there is a decent amount of traffic through this floor as workers change elevators for the upper floors.

Sunset is quite phenomenal here with the sun disappearing behind the skyline's buildings.
