Singapore Photo Gallery - Boat Quay & Clarke Quay

Just steps from the financial district, the Boat Quay area is lined with restaurants and bars along the southern section of the Singapore River. A short walk upstream are more entertainment and eating places at Clarke Quay.

Boat Quay was a run-down area in the 1990s but regeneration has turned it into a popular hang-out for office workers after work.

Art-covered pedestrian tunnels make walking seemless along the river.

Clarke Quay's dining areas are wrapped under interesting canopies suspended above the river.
