Taipei Banqiao District Photo Gallery

Banqiao District is in the city's west end and is connected by both MRT and high-speed rail. While this is not a touristy area at all, an unknown gem is the free observation deck at the Taipei County Government Building.

Looking east, the entire city can be seen even at this low height. Taipei is not a big skyscraper city after all due to the earthquake risk.

Even the Grand Hotel is visible in the distance.

Taipei 101's height makes it visible from most parts of the city.

Towards the north, the cityscape gets a bit boring.

The same comment would apply to the south side as well.
