| Harbour Centre Tower is 581 feet tall and stands prominently in Vancouver's growing skyline. The observation deck sits on top of an office building. The ascent via glass doored elevator takes less than 50 seconds. The observation deck was officially opened in August 13, 1977 by Neil Armstrong. | ||
