Chugoku Photo Gallery

Welcome to Chugoku, a bit off-the-beaten-track, but with enough interesting attractions to keep you busy for a week. From cities to fishing villages and castle towns, travel around this part of Honshu with me through the below galleries. I toured the area using the JR Sanyo Sanin Area Pass, which allows Shinkansen rides all along the coast from Hiroshima to Okayama, as well as JR lines extending inland.
