Guangzhou Public Transport

The 7.7km-long Haizhu Line opened in 2014 and connects Canton Tower with various coastal points along the Pearl River to the east. The fully-automated APM runs north-south along the Zhujiang New Town axis, charging a flat 2 yuan for each ride. Buses Subway Guangzhou South Station opened in 2010 and is the city's main high-speed rail hub, where most trains to Hong Kong and Beijing depart.
