The Pavilia Farm is the other part of Tai Wai station's residential development on the east side of the station. The west side, Festival City, was completed a decade earlier. The first phase consists of 2 towers (Tower 2, 3) of 47 and 48 stories with expected completion in late 2022. Phase 2 consists of 3 further towers and Phase 3 will add 2 more.
