Park Peninsula refers a set of different residential developments along the former Kai Tak runway from different developers. As residents start to move into their new units, they're finding public transportation to be a major issue in the area. The government had initially planned a mass transit network here, then backtracked on it, and is now thinking about building one again. As the property market deteriorated post-COVID, this area has suffered more due to oversupply and undesirable connectivity.
The major projects include :

- Cullinan Harbour (purple scaffolding)
