Perhaps geared towards a more local audience who grew up reading local comic strips, this exhibition from May 2025 to March 2026 celebrates a few favourites. Local comics became popular by the 1950s as leisure reading, and formed part of the local culture. The exhibition traces the major comic characters from that era to the present day.
