Rising along the hillsides above Shau Kei Wan's main street, Ming Wah Dai Ha is an old public housing estate from the 1960s and 70s and is gradually being redeveloped, with the first stage to finish in 2019. The entire project will eventually provide 4000 flats by 2031.2023
