London Photo Gallery - Chelsea Part 2

Chelsea is one of London's upper class residential districts. It is also popular with artists, once home to the Rolling Stones, and has a large selection of historic buildings.

The Cadogan Estate once occupied over 90 acres of Chelsea, which includes Cadogan Square. The Cadogan family's history in this part of London goes back some 3 centuries. Today, it is home to about 3000 flats, many shops along Sloane Street, and office space.

Lennox Gardens is another prestigous address with Queen Anne style red brick and stucco residences in the late 19th century.

Other neighbourhood streets are less grand but still retain a uniform character.
