Taichung Photo Gallery - Zhongxiao Road Night Market

Located south of the main train station near the Third Market, stalls line both sides of Zhongxiao Road at night selling all sorts of food. They're set up right on the street so drivers can easily drive up with their scooters, order, and zoom away with their haul. It's a bit annoying to visitors who arrive on foot as the scooters weave in and out of the crowds as most of the action happens right on the vehicle lanes.

Prices in these types of street markets are quite reasonable. A papaya milk costs only 60 dollars.
