Toronto Photo Gallery - Little Canada (Toronto)

Little Canada is a miniature world inspired by Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg. The dream began in 2011 when the founder reached out to model railway clubs for help. This 2 floor attraction across from Yonge-Dundas Square is still growing with more sections due to open in the coming years.

Downtown Toronto and its skyline greets you as you enter the Toronto exhibit.

Union Station recently received a new roof and is a major junction for commuter trains run by GO.

Intercity VIA Rail trains also run from here to Windsor in the west and Quebec City in the east.

This old streetcar type has been retired.

The actual Museum station and its exhibit-looking platform is actually not underneath the Toronto sign at City Hall.

They built Chinatown during festival time with crowds and a lion dance on the street.

They even have a miniature version of themselves.

The shorter buildings east of downtown lead to the Distillery District.

Suicide prevention nets were installed on the Bloor Street Viaduct to prevent people from dropping onto the highway or train tracks below. This bridge is unique as the subway uses the bottom deck beneath the vehicles.
